Returns & Exchanges

At Thunderpants, we want you to feel as bold as you look; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping mailer or a secure box, ensuring the product tags remain intact and the garment is unwashed.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
